We create the ultimate spend assistant

It’s been our goal to help employees focus on core tasks and save time since 1999. We create software that handles repetitive administrative tasks to make time for core processes. That means we do tangible and rewarding work for over 1000 organisations from mainly the healthcare, education and non profit sectors.

Our story

1999

We create the ultimate spend assistant

What started out as ‘just’ invoice processing software has grown to one Spend Cloud that fits the entire purchase to pay process and employee purchases.

2016-2017

10.000+ smart debit cards

Over 10.000 smart debit cards in use! What a milestone, especially next to receiving a 4th Main 50 Award and being nominated for the FT1000.

2018-2019

Spend Cloud App

Not only are you able to use the Spend Cloud on desktop, but also on your phone with the Spend Cloud App. And we celebrated our PEPPOL integration and becoming a part of Visma. Did you know that we received our 5th Main 50 Award during this period?

2020

Artificial intelligence

As of 2020 our software uses artificial intelligence! This helps with automated suggestions during invoice processing for instance. We also reached a milestone with our amount of processed invoices: 6.602.755! And we were able to welcome lots of new customers, giving us a total of over 800 organisations using the Spend Cloud! 

2021

Spend Cloud Portal

In 2021 Spend Cloud users we’re able to use the Spend Cloud Portal for the first time, to find answers to their questions without having to contact the support department. And we reached another milestone: over 45.000 smart debit cards in use! Also fun to note: the Spend Cloud offers over 200 OCI connections since 2021! That makes ordering products a lot easier.

Bij Visma | ProActive werken we samen aan de Spend Cloud: software die zakelijke uitgaven eenvoudig maakt. We werken met non-profit organisaties zoals zorginstellingen en onderwijsorganisaties en met commerciële bedrijven. Wat voor impact hebben we in de praktijk? Begeleiders houden meer geld over voor muziektherapie voor kinderen. Docenten houden tijd over voor het voorbereiden van lessen. Wij zorgen dat mensen ‘gewoon’ hun werk kunnen doen. We ontzorgen.
